Originals have a a cloth cover and a flap to stop loose papers from falling out. Regrettably this version is with a cardboard cover. Contents cover everyday’s life for a soldier,notes from the Army Act, Points to be observed when on Guard, Instructions for Cleaning Clothing, and Guides for Filed Cooking incl. some recipes. These were replaced by AB64 just after the outbreak of WW1.
